1. Returns from all cities of Pakistan: We are able to offer FREE RETURNS to all customers in all the cities of Pakistan In case of any returns applicable within 7 days of purchase, the customer must contact us through email at email@example.com or WhatsApp us on the given number 0321 7335575
Exchange or return will not acceptable if:
1) A customer asks after 7 days.
2) The product is damaged because of use
3) The product has been tampered
4) The product has missing tags, original packing and accessories.
As soon as we receive the package, a team of professionals will thoroughly inspect the product and its content. If the returned item has any of the above mentioned issues then the product will neither be exchanged nor returned. Customer will be contacted by our team via WhatsApp or email and the item will be sent back (the customer will be billed for shipping)
Item will only be returned or exchanged if:
1) It is damaged or defective.
2) It does not match the original.
3) It is the wrong product.
The Customers are asked to provide photographic proof of any defects or damages within three days of receiving their order, by sending it to firstname.lastname@example.org or through WhatsApp.
