Reell delivers all over Pakistan with no delivery charges.

Purchased goods can be returned within 7 working days. All you have to do is Email us at order@reell.pk and ask for a return with your name, number, address and order number.

Make sure to Fill in the return and exchange form provided with your order and place it back in the parcel along with the goods which you want to return in the original packaging.

You can wait for our rider to come and pick the parcel from you or you can Send via any courier service at our warehouse in Karachi:

You will then receive an email containing the return label. Further information regarding this will be provided in the email.

As soon as the parcel arrives at our department and is checked by our team, we will refund you the purchasing price within 7 workdays.

Piease note: The costs are taken over by us, if it concerns a faulty delivery (wrong delivery, defective goods). For further questions about shipping and returns, please contact us at admin@reell.pk Items wiii oniy be returned or exchanged if:

1) It is damaged or defective.

2) It does not match the original.
